1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds for any digitally downloadable products, including but not limited to eBooks, worksheets, planners, and self-reflection exercises. Once these products have been purchased and downloaded, the transaction is final.
We encourage users to carefully review product descriptions and details before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

2. Refunds for Unused Account Balances

If you have purchased an account balance for use with our digital services (such as credits for the AURA AI Assistant), we offer refunds for unused balances under the following conditions:
  1. Refunds are only available for unused account balances. Once the credits have been used, the corresponding amount is non-refundable.
  2. Refunds will be processed after deducting any fees incurred from any third-party services we use for our platform and processing payments.
  3. To request a refund for an unused account balance, please contact us at support@restartcircle.com.

3. Third-Party Payment Fees

When processing refunds for unused account balances, we will deduct any non-recoverable fees charged by third-party payment processors (such as transaction fees from Stripe or PayPal). The refunded amount will reflect the remaining balance after these fees are applied.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an unused account balance, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us at support@restartcircle.com with your purchase details (including transaction ID and the amount in question).
  2. Specify the unused balance for which you are requesting a refund.
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request.
Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any applicable third-party payment processing fees.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refunds policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to the terms of the updated policy.
